This hat was a gift for my friend who is a boat captain. She loved it but didn't use the chin strap because she didn't think it was too windy. Well, the wind picked it up and it swam into the Chicago River at "rush hour," so there was no way to look back to find it. Just as I was about to order a new one (she was devastated by the loss) we saw a Chicago Coast Guard cutter salvaging a hat. They drove to our boat and delivered us a wet purple sun hat! It was a miracle and everyone was so happy with the results!
