OK, but the straps are different
Cute but different in character. The head is rounder, less "spider-like". Good size but the "spider web" on the face is different from the one in the picture and is slightly different from the real Spiderman mask. However, it's still clearly Spider-Man, and the backpack he's in couldn't be a happier kid.
