Review on HP OfficeJet Pro 8023 MFP (1KR64B) by Adam Wiedemann ᠌

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Average quality of the product, especially for the money.

It seems to be happy with the device. Took in March 2022 for 8000. (per share). If it weren't for problems with losing connection after performing a scan / print and switching between these actions, then an excellent device. I rarely print. there are no questions about the quality and speed of printing and scanning. Different pros: Compact, stylish, wireless, square, easy to set up, has a color touch screen. Cons: Flimsy. The front wall (where the cartridges are) and the retractable "tab" for printed paper are about to break from the slightest breath of the breeze; while the rest of the parts are quite good. "Programmed wear" is obvious; these two parts will break first - I already had this on the MFP of a competing manufacturer on the "K" beech. The quality of the accompanying software is poor. If for a smartphone the basic functions "Scanning" and "Print" work quite well (there is no more required, the functionality is cut), then doing something with a computer is some kind of hell. I, a fairly experienced user, each time it takes from 30 minutes to 1 hour to scan and print a pair of old pages! You scan - after that the press does not work; you print - after that the scanner does not work; it doesn’t find the printer, then it loses it, then it doesn’t connect, then something else is wrong. "Doctor" (looking for the reason why the printer does not work - there is "zero" sense from it) from the manufacturer's website puts a lot of related left-hand software; after using the "Doctor", 6 (six!) Additional shortcuts appeared on my desktop. In general, the solution to all problems is to reboot the device. I checked on two laptops - this problem is present and it is not in the drivers. Expensive consumables. After refueling, there will be a curse on the non-original.
