I like that it's easy to set up, works as an SMS gateway for sending messages from other systems (e-mail being one of them), can be used with multiple languages in different countries without having too many servers - just use Google Translate! It doesn't have support yet but they are working hard at adding more features so there should not really any problem using this system once their platform gets better supported by third parties applications / libraries etc.. Easy integration into existing projects or new start ups where you need send out automated emails/SMSs when something happens eg : order placed successfully after payment received via credit card details sent through API gateways such us Stripe Payments Gateway).
