I like the ease of use, it does exactly what you need without any hassle or problems. The customer service has been great! They helped me figure out my billing issues during our first month together and got them resolved right away. There's nothing really i dislike about this software, but maybe if they had better support in the beginning for new users who have no idea how things work at all then i would be less hesitant to give positive feedback regarding everything else. Make sure someone knows your business before using bacon because there can sometimes be some confusion with billing and accounting when dealing with multiple customers. This helps us track time spent per client, invoice clients accordingly, etc. So far we haven't found anything bad as of yet.
