These blue light blocking glasses are suitable. This is a two pack. We have one black and one pink. When I got my kids dressed, they were bigger than expected and didn't look like what I thought the picture would do. My son looked like Clark Kent in it! He was fine. They didn't fit my daughter. She is 5 years old. They were too big for her. Not a ton more, but enough so they don't fall in her face. They get dirty easily but that includes towels for them. Overall I would recommend them but they are probably around 7 years old and up. They are made of plastic, so they are not broken by falls or by a person sitting on them. My son said they were comfortable for him and he had fewer headaches from the virtual school.
