I was so excited to get this hat in burgundy thinking it was burgundy. When I received the hat the color was much lighter than the photo (more on the color later). It was cute and fit my normal sized head perfectly. I have straight hair and wear it in a bun and it doesn't look weird. Back to color: My husband sees my hat and asks when I became a MAGA fan. I wish I had thrown away the packaging because after his comment I wanted to exchange the color. So note that the color of red wine is much lighter than dark wine, which is the reason for the 4/5 stars. There was also a small snag in the cord, but it's easy to hide.
