I love the slippers. They're soft, comfortable, and supportive on bottom. I wear a size 8 regular in shoes. Because the size was a 7-8 and I don't like my heel hanging over back I ordered the 9-10. The bottom of slipper shoes a 10. Clearly the slippers are too big, even at the crisscross. My toes will scoot all the way over the front. I've done this before and was perfect. These are obviously sized close. Should have ordered the 7-8. Will keep and wear around house or give to someone else. Otherwise great slipper. :)
