The gas connector sticks out at the back and with a hose attached this makes transport difficult and increases the likelihood of damage to this connector. The legs are secured in saddles underneath the device, which is held in place with a small wing nut and bolt - the legs are shorter than the saddles, making them difficult to snap into place in one fell swoop and I know I have confidence in they'll lose the little wing nut someday. The grill lid has two raised notches preventing you from using the pan, I have no idea why those notches are there. The underside warped from heat the first time it was used and the gas consumption scale is very sloppy. And all of this was discovered after the first use, so I assume there will be more problems with use.
