I would recommend ordering one size smaller, originally I had to return the first one ordered through Leonisa although the smaller strap fits perfectly. I also highly recommend inserting a removable bra pad or thin bra pad to increase coverage as it is see through. I have personally struggled with back pain from poorly supported bras for the past 6 years. I almost gave up and was about to have a breast reduction before I found this bra. My back pain disappeared almost immediately after wearing this bra. I've spent thousands of dollars on different types of bras over the years, this is the best solution that literally relieves back and shoulder pain and makes life manageable again.
