A high percentage does not work
We use Baofeng 888 where I work, I bought headsets of this brand for them for the first time. I bought 20.75% of them that either didn't work out of the box or stopped working after a few days. We don't treat Heatets well so I'm used to replacing them a lot, but how many times I've had to give them away was ridiculous. I haven't complained to the seller so I can't speak to customer service.
