As stated I usually wear a medium size but the pajama top was tight so I ordered large sleeves and slightly longer pants, I'm 5ft 9in tall. The pajamas are 2" tall and weigh 165 pounds, well made, very comfortable, very cool and light material. I immediately ordered a second pair
