The King Spa in Chicago uses pillows from this company so I figured they were the right one size and the appropriate type would have made of wood! Oh! It's the right size for my height, but it's much shorter and barely fits your neck, but it won't be long enough for other parts of your body, like your back or hips in particular. . Don't buy this! I'm glad I only bought one as I was planning to buy two. I'll leave that for my neck and look elsewhere for the right size. Also, I highly recommend checking Katsuzo Nishi's book for proper sizing. Too bad I got the book after placing my order for the pillow. According to Nishi, "The height of the pillow should be half that of a round tree trunk with a radius equal to the length of the user's ring finger."
