The pillow is very flat and lumpy! I was so disappointed with this because the size is good, but the pillow itself is very lumpy, the cotton is unevenly distributed on the lips. I've tried fluffing it up by kneading the pillow but it doesn't work. Also, the pillow doesn't seem to have enough cotton. Good size and soft velvety feel but flat rather than plump and full as advertised. Very misleading description! And too expensive for such a flat pillow! I wouldn't give any stars if that were possible, hence only one star. I will not buy from this seller again! Don't waste money!
