I like the current post. The problem is the pad that holds the post securely. There is no hole in the back making the post unusable. I don't think it's silver, but I could be wrong. Luckily there is a hole on the other back. I only wear one pin but if I had to wear both pins at the same time I would have to look for a different lining.
