For a regular toothbrush this works great. It's labeled as soft bristle, but I personally haven't noticed any difference between this toothbrush and my other medium-hard toothbrush when brushing. The body of the toothbrush is just plastic with a small indentation where you can put your fingers while brushing. This toothbrush doesn't have those aligned handles or curves. The lack of these features doesn't really make brushing your teeth harder, but it's one of those things that makes your fingers feel a little more comfortable when it's there. The cap is attached to the toothbrush. As long as you close the cap on the brush head there are areas with holes that I suspect are there so it's not unsanitary inside. I think a cap is a good thing, especially when you travel, but I definitely recommend rinsing it with warm water after each use to keep bacteria from building up. With these 6 packs of toothbrushes I received 3 blue, 2 dark pink and 1 orange toothbrush. They're all individually wrapped, which is good as many multipacks don't care, leaving you with toothbrushes that aren't used in an open pack instead.
