I have to wonder if there are slightly different versions of this product from different suppliers such as mail order or online clothing because what I received is better than what was described in the last review. However, remember that this item is not intended to be carried in the form of a suitcase. It is designed to be stowed under the bed - it can slide / slide in and pull out again. That's all. I bought two different styles here in 2011 which were so thin I ended up throwing them away, but I kept the receipt and this time spent an extra $5 on this similar item - it's for off-season shoes. so i really only need one - from another company and i am very happy with it. Unlike my first purchase, this one has tough sides but the dividers inside are still fabric as they are not supposed to do anything other than separate each pair of shoes. The handles are used to move the organizer in a horizontal position and are suitable for this purpose. Such items look like a box or suitcase, which can give the wrong impression to the buyer.
