Ease of system to access employees info is easy for my office manager in regards to reporting needs & questions she has about her workers' health insurance rates/ coverage etc.. As well as overall ease of using program! The "cloud" issue that was mentioned several weeks back regarding issues when accessing via mobile device - solved by adding an app within 2 days!! Do not wait too long after implementation prior-to getting support or seeking assistance from vendor's staff members so you are able find someone who can help solve any difficulties which arise during set up process (even just walk through). I believe this product provides excellent customer service since their tech team will answer all your initial concerns right away if they're available while there are still no known problems being reported online at time of setup / implementation phase. It makes it easier than ever before because we now don't worry what kind equipment I like that it is very easy to use for all of my employees as well! It really helps us keep track in one place instead off having multiple apps/websites we would need access too so if there was an issue they could easily find what their problem may be or who can help them fix any issues at hand!! Nothing yet but this seems great overall especially since its free compared other options out here such has ADP etc which are not cheap either.
