Not cotton - 100% polyester

I was attempting to purchase a cute 100% cotton outfit for my son who had severe eczema. Received this only to read the tag that says "100% polyester.” Disappointing.

I love the outfit. I was just a bit bigger than expected.

The style of the outfit may not be suitable for all children, as some kids may prefer more neutral or classic designs
