I bought this bag mainly for travel. I just dangle around airports without carrying a big bag. I was thrilled when I received it. This is a very beautiful bag. Unfortunately, he didn't make a single ride before the front valve came loose from the latch. Before I write a bad review, I wanted to contact the seller to give them an opportunity to fix everything. Instead of offering to replace the backpack like they should have done when the product fails after a single use, they offered to send me a tool so I could fix it myself. Today after two weeks I finally received the snapshot. I think I've laid it out correctly, but I'm honestly not sure if it stays the way it should.
