As a parent, I'm always looking for durable and comfortable clothes for my kids. Cotton turtleneck sweater Leveret Kids turquoise, 5 years old seemed like a good choice. The color is beautiful and the fabric is good quality. However, after purchasing it and using it for a while, my opinion is mixed. On the plus side, the turtleneck sweater is made from 100% cotton, which is soft to the touch and breathable. The size approximated the size, after washing it did not settle, the color did not fade, despite washing several times. The stitching and construction are neat and strong so it's holding up well even though my kid uses it in harsh environments. However, I have two complaints. First, the turtleneck seems to be poorly constructed, with the collar constantly raising and not staying in place. My kid got frustrated and fumbled with it over and over again, making a cozy turtleneck pointless. Second, the sleeves are a bit long so I had to roll them up several times which looked weird and was uncomfortable for the kid. Overall, the Leveret Kids Cotton Turtleneck Teal Blue 5 Year is a decent product, but not without its flaws. While it has the virtues of durability, softness, and color retention, collar and sleeve issues diminish its value. In my opinion there are better alternatives on the market.
