I usually wear a size 2-4 depending on the skirt and I'm about 5'4". I bought a small Thinking which fit but was too small. This thing would probably fit snugly around my waist , not to mention my waist. I sent it back and got a medium which fits perfectly. We used these skirts for a Halloween costume and they held up great! The band is a bit thin but the rest of the skirt is well done!
- Fabric: Our tulle skirts are made of 100% polyester, very soft and scratch resistant. 5 layers of tulle and 1 layer of satin lining with a detachable satin belt.
