I recommend buying at least 3 of them. You will understand when a stomach virus has invaded your home and the baby/toddler is vomiting every hour. With 3 you have time to wash 1, dry 1 and always leave 1 on the bed. My friend suggested covering the mattress with three layers of mattress pads and sheets for a quick change. The material is excellent, we use it all year round without any problems. They are definitely worth their weight in gold and even more because they are very light.
