Heavy watch, I was looking for a chronograph for a small wrist while reducing the size (which was not easy, I had to take it to a jeweler) beautiful. The rose gold I brought looks rich and yes the dials work, gently pull the stem and you will feel two notches to set the time and date. Clockwise from right side of dial, 24-hour military time, date (note if military time is incorrect, date change will be disabled at 12 o'clock), seconds timer, activated by pressing top button, disabled by pressing bottom button. And the last dial counts the minutes on the second sweep timer. Holding down the top and bottom buttons at the same time will reset it. Great fashion watch for the price.
