Pros: Balls are decent, I charged about 7 cents for 800 pieces. Also, the colors are strong. The balls are pretty strong too; I put them on and no one was squeezed. I am sure that my three children - 8, 5 and 3 years old - will enjoy playing with it. I would give them 4 or 5 stars if it wasn't for the next edition. Cons - I ordered 4 packs of 800 and *** NONE had the full number of balls. *** This is the most frustrating thing. Money isn't a problem as we're still about $5 short of balls. But it will be difficult to fill a DIY PVC ball pit I made for my kids because of its L shape (to fit in a small space but still leave room for them to slide down the slide). So it would be nice to get every ball I paid for. So far 41 balls were missing in the 3rd order! I'm afraid to count the last order that's still in the box. Several people were also crushed, which is not surprising and not overly worrying. Finally, I only received half of my first order because the other 400 got lost in transit. I'm not sure if the error was caused by the seller, UPS or Revain, but Revain has marked the entire order as "delivered", making it difficult for Revain's customer service to explain and justify the problem. but problems with delivery and quality/quantity made me very upset.
