Update: So I spoke to a bad review too soon. After a few minutes of stretching each pillow by tugging between my hands in long and circular motions (I tried spinning it like a dryer), they fluffed up even more. Basically, just letting them sit with a few punches won't work. You'll either have to toss them in the dryer with drying balls on low speed, or manually stretch them to break up the compressed fibers like I did. After that, they filled cases much better. Still not the best pillow inserts, but they do the job and are soft. Let's see how they hold up over time. Upgrade from 1 star to 3 stars. -- I ordered 20*20 but the filling inside barely reaches 18*18. You can feel the lumps and how loose they are in the case making them feel lumpy even though full. Not a good buy.
