Quality and craftsmanship comparable to $80+ brands. Lightning is big, smooth and quiet. The laptop/bladder compartment is padded to protect your laptop. The mesh pockets are also thick and high quality. If I have to list a few cons, I would wish for more smaller pockets with Velcro or zippers so I can store small accessories. I also wish they were smaller. Standard laptops these days are 13-15 inches. I know I'm getting the 17 inch size but am still surprised they are too big. Highly recommended.
