The support team are very knowledgeable about their products which makes it easy to navigate through them when you need help with anything that they do have an answer for or can point me towards someone who does! I haven't found any issues so far but i'm sure there will be at some stage as we grow our business more people come onboard etc - however this isn't something that's been mentioned by anyone else yet (as of now). If your looking into web hosting then look no further than these guys- great service from start to finish friendly staff always willing to go above and beyond what others would expect/do themselves.
