To begin, their website was difficult to use, and it took me a significant amount of time to locate the information that I required. After a long search, I was eventually able to locate the item that I was interested in buying; however, it was sold out, and there was no indication as to when it would be available again. In addition to that, the quality of their products did not impress me in any way. I placed an order for some outdoor lights, but it turned out to be of low quality and appeared to be inexpensive. I had the impression that I had thrown away my money by purchasing something that wouldn't even last a month. In addition, they provided poor customer service. They were useless and condescending when I tried to contact them about my issues, leaving me with the sensation that I was being ignored and annoyed. Last but not least, the shipment was painfully sluggish; my order didn't arrive for more than two weeks after it was placed. By the time it did, I had already lost interest in the project I was working on, and I didn't even bother using the things that I had purchased despite the fact that I had already paid for them. In summary, my experience with Ollivage was not positive, and I would not suggest their services to anyone. Their website is difficult to navigate, the things they provide are of poor quality, their customer service representatives are unhelpful, and their shipping times are extremely slow. Avoid putting unnecessary stress on yourself and go shopping somewhere else.
