This is a great speaker for the price. It doesn't have 360 audio like the UE Boom, but it's loud enough that I really like the fact that it has a skip/play/pause function. I use it on my bike and don't have to take out my phone to pause or skip music. If your phone doesn't support music streaming, you can also download music to a micro SD card (connect the speaker to your computer via USB). I like this function too. It is durable and water resistant. Not too heavy and well built. Also the ribbon is good for hanging. Also fits in a water bottle holder. It couldn't be better for its features and price!
