Review on 🏞️ Bronze Rustic Outdoor Standing Floor Lamp by Kenroy Home, 59 x 16 x 16 Inch by Rob Overturf

A gust of wind and our lamp fell and the glass shade shattered. Contacted to ask about a replacement order, received no response. The lampshade for indoor use really should be plastic/acrylic and not glass for outdoor use. Love the look - but you have to weigh down the base to keep it from blowing - don't know how to do that without sacrificing the look. Without the glass lampshade (which is now broken on ours) it doesn't seem safe from the outside as rain can get into the electronics (we have it on a covered/screened porch but humidity sometimes blows). Also, I tried emailing and calling the manufacturer for several months. They don't answer phone calls (put them on hold, which eventually leads to a quick error beep) and they don't answer emails (send a few with the part number I need to order, etc.). I'm willing to pay for a replacement but I can't get it.
