Review on AdMachine White Label DSP by Jason Childs

Overall great product with room and need improvements

The ability to use various ad formats in one account was very helpful for our clients as they could choose which format worked best for them without having multiple accounts set up. It does take some initial setup time to get going but once you have all your settings configured it's easy enough to manage an account when needed by someone else within your agency or client organization to do so if necessary (i.e., during busy season). I would like to see more reports available via API that can be used programmatically instead of just being able to export data into Excel/CSV files. Currently only CSV exports are supported at this point; however, we recently were upgraded to Adobe Analytics Premium where native reporting capabilities exist now (also not yet included) - hope these options will become even easier soon! We primarily provide white label services to agencies looking to add display network advertising solutions.

Pros
  • The best thing about the service is the simplicity of integration with other Adobe platforms/tools within an agency environment
Cons
  • It is not as user friendly or flexible in terms of managing ad campaigns within Adobe Experience Manager as other ad servers such as Facebook, Google Ad Manager, etc
