Connectivity issues with these headphones are embarrassing. The app is a piece of junk. The headphones when you put them in the case do not show that they are in the case until you rotate the headphones a little inside the case. Then when you try to take them out of the case they don't connect to the phone right away and then when they connect you only get a connection on the left side and you have to unplug the buds at the end and then back again plug in just to get the right earphone working. And then turns off spontaneously. But the worst thing is that when the app finally connects to the phone, it wakes up and decides to connect, spoiling the listening experience. And then it just creates confusion and the headphones go off again. For $200, connectivity issues are unacceptable. I also hate the design of the headphones. You are too big! Although I didn't buy them from Revain, I bought them from Best Buy and returned them 24 hours later. JBL should be ashamed.
