Installed a few days ago, tried to check alignment and color, the printer immediately gave an ink system error, updated drivers and software still don't solve the problem. I removed the cartridge and ordered genuine HP ink to test the printer. They got here and the printer started working again. I wrote to the seller but have not received a response to date. Would not recommend for HP printers, customer service should not have been appreciated. I would like to get my money back and send this replacement ink back but am still waiting for the seller to contact me.
