Review on 🪑 Indian Ottoman Pouf Cover - Jaipur Textile Hub Vintage Cotton Patchwork Traditional Hippie Boho Room Décor by Maria Botello

The pattern is beautiful and looks like a patchwork/boho which is what I wanted. But this cover isn't exactly what I wanted, so I'm a little disappointed. I initially bought this cover to use over a bean bag chair that I recently bought at Ollies Discount. The ottoman was cheap but dark blue and didn't match my furniture. My ottoman was 20 x 8 inches high, so based on the dimensions of this case, which was a few inches larger in each direction, I figured that fitting my bean bag ottoman into this case and making up for it would not be a problem with an old blanket. Unfortunately this was not the case and what the photos do not show or specify is that the zip at the bottom does not close fully. The zipper didn't even open halfway, which would have worked anyway as there is bean bag material in my ottoman, it's soft and I could slide it through. The zipper opening is only 17 inches. So if you're buying it to use over an existing ottoman, it probably won't work. Second, as another reviewer noted, I received the wrong color. I ordered dark green to match my earthy living room and as you can see it came in turquoise. On the last release I don't know how another reviewer pointed out how they keep these cases but there is some discoloration like it got wet and the colors bled. Considering the price I didn't want to deal with a return. I love the pattern and although it's not the color I wanted and it doesn't go with my ottoman like I wanted, turquoise is my favorite color so I'll make it. From a distance, the color change isn't that noticeable, and then only in a few spots. Luckily, a kind reviewer mentioned that he uses dollar store noodles to firm them up before stuffing, so I did. I took cheap pasta and stuffed it with old blankets into a usable ottoman.
