The best thing about this platform was that I could easily create custom dashboards according to my requirements without any coding or technical knowledge required for its development. This tool also helped me get insights from all of our systems into one place so we can have better visibility over them as well. It sometimes took up too much time when working offline while using mobile devices because some tools were not compatible with those platforms at first but now they are getting updated which makes things easier. Also there isn't enough customization options available compared to other similar products out there like Tableau etc., if you need more than what comes by default then go ahead otherwise don't bother wasting money since these features will be added later once their team has realized how useful such feature would help us solve problems faster. We used this product mainly for creating customized dashboard reports within different teams under various departments for monitoring KPIs/Metrics related activities online.
