I brought this bag in September. I use it as a book bag in ultrasound school. I loved the bag. The downsides are there's no real structure if the weight of your book(s) is going to kill your hand. I have never cleaned the bag since I received it and noticed the logo is peeling off the bag. It's been 2 months. I will contact the company and see what they have to say. If you're traveling on public transport, invest in a book bag, not this bag, because depending on what you put in it, you're going to kill your shoulder. A cute bag that had more flowers. Black looks ashy... I thought it was black black (true black).
