This massage gun is totally worth the money for three reasons! . I've found that I typically use speeds of 10-20, and higher speeds work better on the neck and back, but slower speeds work well on larger muscle groups. 2) Jets: 8 jets is great. My favorites are the U-tines for the neck and spine, and the C-tines for the shoulders and upper back. In addition, the thumb-shaped nozzle is ideal for tired and aching feet. 3) Good battery life: Excellent battery life. Overall I am yet to discharge the battery and have used it at 15-30 minute intervals for 5 days and it is still charged. Claimed 6-8 hours of battery life but since I don't use it for a couple of hours it's hard to tell. Big tip: completely reset the speed to zero before turning it off. For some reason, if you use it and just turn it off, it may drain the battery. After figuring that out, I had no problems! Overall, for less than $50, this is a great massage gun if you have chronic neck and back pain.
