First off, let me say that I'm just a reviewing customer. I have no interest in the company and nobody asked me to do this review. I have two beagles. One of them became very ill in December when I had Covid and I suspect he was too. He soiled two of their beds. I was so sick I couldn't wash their old beds. Thank goodness for Revane! I ordered two beds and this was one of them. (The other is a large couch-like bed with structure around three sides.) One of my dogs has been limping with occasional pain since we adopted him when he was two months old. Two vets later, no one knows what's going on. My chubby boy loves this cozy bed and I think it helped him sleep better and feel comfortable in it after relaxing. I have washed it at least 6-7 times since I received it in early January 2021. It has held up very well - no complaints. My Beagle is smaller, around 27lbs, and she loves to stretch out on the XX LG bed too. I'm size XX LG because they often sleep together so why crumple them up in a smaller bed? I have no complaints about the thickness of the flat part of this bed. It could be thicker but that's more than enough. I put the bed in the dryer just to remove 90% of the moisture and then let the rest air dry. I think this is a great bed and seeing the bad reviews I wanted to step in and share my experience. Maybe I'll buy another one soon, like every dog has. They have 4 beds, 2 in the living room and 2 more elsewhere, all in different styles. This donut is her favorite. PS: They often hide their treats or leftover treats between the padding and the flat part of the bed.
