Review on 📚 Rustic Wood Ledge Shelves - Set of 3 Floating Wall Mounted Shelves, Wide Panel for Bedroom, Office, Kitchen, Living Room - 5.9" Deep by Ivrington Miller

As I was trying to make room on my desk for storage, I started looking at floating shelves and came across this. I ended up buying them mainly because they were available for same day shipping and had decent reviews. Immediately after unpacking, I noticed that one of the three shelves had a very small dent in one of the corners. I don't really care since that corner accidentally turned away from me and isn't that visible, but it's definitely something to check before handing it out. The kit included three shelves and the necessary mounting hardware. Instructions were included but crumpled around the gear pack. However, for those familiar with using drywall screws, the guide is really unnecessary. Installing the shelves with a drill took about 15 minutes. Be sure to use a spirit level and carefully measure the distance between the brackets on the shelves for a good view. My only real complaint is that it's extremely difficult to get the shelves perfectly straight and really hanging. It can be done but it takes a lot of time to test the depth of the screw, install the shelf and see how it looks. "Close Enough" was good enough for me, but then again it can be a bit of a deal breaker if you want to look professional; It will probably take you some time to figure out how to make the shelves perfectly flush with the wall. They definitely can't hold that much weight and are fairly small, but they work well for small items (like small office supplies, a relatively small photo frame, etc - I wouldn't put a stack of paper on top of it, for example). They're not that deep, so you're still limited in what items you can place on them. and for my use case I'm happy with them.
