Excellent body cam. I bought the previous 2 from other companies, but while they were adequate for certain purposes, I immediately found that they couldn't handle other important tasks. The main advantages for me are long battery life, night vision/IR, motion stability, loop recording, easy to see if it's actually a recording, being able to set the date/time on the camera yourself without having to go through a USB Cables to the computer and screen to view footage without having to insert a memory card into a computer or device to view it. the fact that the clamp(s), even a large, strong, insufficient in length and weight to hold the camera in the correct position/angle as the weight of the camera pulls the clamp down leaving me with footage pointing to the ground/ground and not above level , which I need to catch (the solution is to crop it horizontally where it stays much better, the only problem is that the footage is now portrait instead of landscape). Other minor downsides are that the clips can't rotate, the product image says otherwise, but that's not the case, at least not with the clips that came with my camera. Also, the date/time is so tiny that it's impossible to read when looking at the footage on the camera. So if there is a part I want to check, I can't just jump to the time it happened. and should be FF instead until I see it. Finally, the good thing is that the clip stays firmly and securely in place, it's a nightmare to remove! Despite these issues, it's a great camera overall and I don't feel the need to look for another. I wish there was an option to order replacement clips in case they get damaged or accidentally lost.
