Charging phones in the PD 3.0 port causes the phone to constantly cycle on and off as though the charger is being unplugged and re-plugged. Using the QC3.0 port causes my Note10 to pop up and say to check our your charger. The tamper resistant plugs are a struggle to use with a lot of plugs. Testing with good quality Anker cables that work in other chargers. Not sure why so many others it's a 5 star device.Also of note, I bought both the two pack and two individual units because the PD specs were listed as being slightly different. What ultimately arrived was 4 identical units (part numbers and power rating stickers all matched): LTURTPC-15, A & C both rated at 5V3A, 9V2A, 12V1.5A. Using both ports is labeled as limited to 5V3A and "High Speed Charging Not Work A Two Ports Together"
