I didn't buy them for small items or chemicals but I could easily see how they change in the future. As for me, I liked the size, transparency, and strength (don't worry about them breaking if dropped). For my use? I've made my own masks from recycled old shirts and fabrics and mostly used old pill bottles, but they were sometimes difficult to get hold of and I could never tell which ones. My clean masks are sealed and included in a bag in my car and I don't put them back after use just to keep the container clean. They are way better than what I used.
