Helps with post-work and gaming headaches

I got a headache looking at my work monitor and then trying to log into my Xbox. I've had my eyes checked before and haven't had any vision problems so I just wanted to try a few things and see if they provide any relief. I looked around a bit as I think I have a big head and especially a broad bridge of the nose. I'd say both could be a bit bigger here, but it doesn't cause any significant discomfort if I don't wear them for a long time. I'll also add that I'm color blind so I can say it colors things but it doesn't bother me that much. These things are top notch though. Turning it on and off completely changes how bright things get. I know they block blue light and that doesn't go with the brightness per se, but it makes a big difference. Also has a high quality lens that gives HD images (like trying on some really nice sunglasses). Came with a soft case and cloth so overall packaging is nice. While I can't fully attribute these points to reducing headaches, I definitely think they make a difference. I don't wear them all the time, but when I do it's easy to say my eyes are less tired. I think it could be hit or miss depending on your needs but I would say if you think they can help just give them a go and know they appear to be good quality and are big enough , to cater to a decent range of people .
