I bought this primarily to protect the fabric cover of the mask from sweat. Goes very well with the mask. There are other comments about it slipping off easily, I haven't really found that to be the case. A couple of times I had to adjust it in the nose area but that wasn't a problem or bothersome. I carry baby wipes with the quest and just wipe the mask off after use when I start sweating (Beatsaber's fault). Attaching the controller covers is a little tricky, and changing the battery can be a bit of a pain. However, it gives me a much better grip on controllers, so it's worth it and I'll leave it on. Overall I am very happy with my purchase.
