I have been looking for various products to help remove dead algae and other debris from the bottom of our small (about 100 gallon) garden pond I thought I could use my venerable 6 gallon/2 hp vacuum on a hard wet/dry vacuum with this on the end of the hose extension. A simple solution. Works perfectly. The tank fills up pretty quickly so it's good that it has wheels so I can easily dump the waste water. Definitely worth the small price tag considering Rube Goldberg's units are sold as pond vacuums with mixed reviews.
