Review on πŸŽƒ Arista Pumpkin Enzyme Mask - 4 fl. Oz. Exfoliating Facial Mask for Uneven Skin Tone, Fine Lines, Dullness, and Clarifying by Michelle Bonner

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Slowly lightens skin

Have been using this for over a month now, twice a week. I will say I love how it smells on my face (like hints of cinnamon and pumpkin spice, especially good for the cold weather ahead!). I read reviews that it would burn or sting the skin but thought it was because her skin was sensitive. My skin tolerates acids and burns a bit, but not as described. In any case, after a light bite, a feeling of coolness was felt 5 minutes after application. According to the instructions, it should be washed off after 5 minutes. But then again, I'm used to acid peels and masks, so I leave it on my face for 10 minutes and then wash it off with cold water. It hasn't damaged my skin and I can say it's slow acting as some of my new hyperpigmentation spots have lightened significantly since using it. But nothing too innovative. I just noticed that new blemishes don't look as refined after regular use of the mask. After each use my face is much softer but not necessarily moisturized as described. I also wear this on my neck to help with sunspots and it helps to a degree. So I am very happy with this product and when I finish the batch I have now I will be ordering another one. ^^
