The ballast was defective and not working on my 2010 Cadillac Escalade ESV
Item was defective and not working on my Escalade. I am very disappointed that I took the time to pull the headlight out only to find that a defective part was sent to me. The ballast made an odd clicking noise and wouldn't turn on the driver's side headlight. I removed my working ballast on the passenger side and placed it on the driver's side and it worked, turning on the headlight as it should, so I know this part arrived defective.
