it *really* works

Well, let it be known that I have never (never!) written an online product review. And being the daughter of a dermatologist (who still gets LOTS of sun, grew up in Southern California, and did outdoor sports for years, not to mention a vein in high school when I snuck into my best friend's pool and me rubbed with baby oil) I've used my fair share of products. Now that I was in my early 30s, all that sunshine was reflecting off my face. Suddenly I had a network of fine lines under my eyes that seemed to appear for months! It was disheartening to say the least. What really bothered me were those vertical and horizontal lines that just seemed to be from my blinking! Great I thought. I'll be blinking for sooooo long (hopefully!) so it's only going to get worse. Anyway, I've been a long-time fan of Elta MD sunscreens, and when I noticed they had eye gel in them, I gave it a try. That was three weeks ago. I used it once or twice a day and then my regular Retin-A product about a night later. And today, when I took a closer look in the mirror, I noticed that those little wrinkles have definitely diminished! They haven't disappeared, but they've become less conspicuous, that's for sure. And if this can be done in three weeks, I'll be very happy with the results I'll get after a longer period of time. I love Elta MD. My new morning routine is UV 46 Clear Eye Gel and Sunscreen, which is hydrating yet lightweight and also contains niacinimide to combat hyperpigmentation and fine lines. So far this is a winning combo for me! Try the eye gel - it really works and it's actually a lot cheaper than other "medical grade" skincare lines! I will also inform my father of this discovery. :)
