Also ideal for sensitive teeth.

Those white stripes are great. The more you use them, the whiter your teeth will become. I have sensitive teeth but my dentist told me they can be used if you clean Sensodyne for 2 weeks before using the strips. I usually apply it for 20 minutes, if longer then my teeth hurt the next day. I usually use them at night and wake up the next day with a snow white smile. Great for coffee lovers like me ;)
